INSURANCE AND FEES

I am a preferred in-network provider for the following insurance plans:

Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield

Aetna

CompPshy (EAP)

CuraLinc (EAP)

If you have insurance with another company, session payment is due at the time of service. I will provide you with an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

A private pay session is $140 an hour. I accept cash, check, or credit card.
